Up the top end of Jalan Sukajadi is Searah, presumably named after the one way road out the front.
I came here for a coffee and Susan a tea. The cappuccino was excellent with perfect temperature and milk texture and there was little to fault about it.
The fitout if the cafe is odd. It’s really plain with massive empty brown walls and a mish mash of furniture. It really needs the eye of an interior designer to make it look a bit more cozy.
There are few tables to work on here and the wifi runs at about 24mbps down 65mbps up. In other words, incredibly fast uploads for those massive YouTube projects. This connection should be able to handle anything you can throw at it.
The coffee at Searah is really good, but as we know, good coffee is not all that matters in a coffee shop. I really hope that as time goes by they can improve the interior design and ambience of the shop.
